Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched from our fulfilment center in Kolkata.

Self Pickup — Kolkata
Prefer to pick up your order in person? We offer self pickup from our fulfilment center in Kolkata.
To arrange a pickup:

- Pickup is available Monday to Saturday, 11am to 6pm
- Please confirm your order with us before arriving at the time of pickup
Self pickup is a great option for Kolkata customers who want their order immediately without waiting for delivery.
Tracking
A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp and email once your order is dispatched. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier partner's website.

As fragrances are classified as flammable goods, all orders are shipped via surface courier in compliance with courier safety regulations.
