Returns & Replacements

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product does not match the website description

To be eligible, claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original sealed condition. We require all customers to record a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video at the time of opening their delivery, beginning before the outer packaging is opened, covering the complete unboxing in one shot with no cuts or pauses. Claims cannot be processed without this.

We do not accept returns on opened, used, or mishandled products. Exploration Sets are non-returnable once dispatched unless received damaged.

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and unboxing video and we will respond within 2 business days. If approved, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost. Where a replacement isn't possible, a full refund will be issued. 

If you prefer a refund over a replacement, please indicate this when raising your claim. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.


Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. You will be notified once your refund is initiated.
